Question: I have gestational diabetes, piles. Now doctor tell to me that to avoid spicy and fatty foods, because baby will overgrown. Almost every food is restricted to me. Suggest some food

Answer: I also have gestational diabetes. N isme generally baby over grow hote h... So islie aapke doc ne maana kia hoga. Mere waale ne bhi maana kia h. Avoid fatty foods. Nd also avoid spicy food otherwise there will b heartburn.

Answer: Hi! Its better to avoid dates however coconut water should not be harmful. If you have GDM be sure it does not pass through to your baby but yes due to high glucose levels baby's weight might increase than gestational age, baby may be too large. Check your diet and reduce carb intake. take Doc prescribed medicine and it will be controlled. Walk daily and include lots of fruits, veggies and fish in your diet. There are succesful stories of Normal delivery with healthy babies. Good luck!
