Answer: hello dear you now you should include more healthy foods in your diet like green vegetables you should not eat fruits as you have gestational diabetes but you can take a small amount of pear and Guava. you should not eat potato . include Paneer soya tofu in your diet. you should also take a curd butter milk in your diet.

Answer: As such there is no fix diet chart. Make sure to include various fruits dry fruits in your baby's regular diet. I am sharing my Baby's Day schedule with you which I used to follow when my baby was 8 month old. Hope this will help you. Morning- Wake up and nurse for a few minutes (about 200 ml) Breakfast – 1 cup of pureed veggies or anything else in breakfast Mid-morning Snack – Half a cup of fruit/yoghurt/boiled vegetables Lunch- 1 cup of cereal Nap time Evening Snack – Breast milk or formula milk (about 200ml) Dinner – 1 cup of porridge/pureed veggies/cereal Night – Breastfeed before putting him to bed. Excel this chart you can feed baby breast milk or formula milk as per demand.

Answer: Dear now you should Not eat more food at one time . Eat smaller meals many time . You can eat multigrain chapati brown rice green vegetables buttermilk dahi lassi in your food. Take soup and rasam too. In snacks you can take roasted Chana makhana walnut , do not take any fruit sweets oily and fried foods.
