Question: I have excessive swelling in my feet while my blood pressure is normal.. what can i do to heal that?

Answer: Walk more.. Don't put your legs down.. While you sit put a chair to hang your legs.. So that you can avoid or reduce swelling...
Answer: Drink lot of water..reduce salt in ur food..
