Question: I have enough breastmilk but still my baby is not gaining weight. What might be the reason.

Answer: You should start following healthy diet.. morning have your breakfast at correct time and eat fruits or drink juice around 11.00 am and then your lunch...add ghee to your food..eat panneer which LL help your baby to gain wait..evening eat some healthy sundals and u can also drink satthu maavu(like manna health mix)..you LL get that shop or u can prepare it on ur own by watching YouTube.. have your dinner on correct time.. drink milk and drink lots of water-luke warm water.. check for few more healthy foods and start adding those in your diet..follow it regularly and your baby ll gain health weight..rice doesn't help you with healthy milk..so have it during ur lunch with ghee as I mentioned earlier

You can start having dry fruits from now on..cashews, almonds , apricots , raisins, dates, walnuts , and pistachios are some dry fruits to eat during pregnancy. Since dry fruits are nutritious, you should aim to include the recommended quantity in your diet each day. You need to include plenty of fruits and vegetables, protein, fibre and carbohydrates in your diet.. Check on your diet and monitor your baby's weight in another 15 days, if there no difference see a pediatrician..
