Question: I have itching since 2-3days on my body........especially on sweating areas n also red marks due to itching...Please help me or suggest solution
Answer: Hello dear, Itching is common in pregnancy because of the increased blood supply to the skin. ... Mild itching is usually nothing to worry about...if you have too much, better to check with your doctor. Regularly apply an unscented lotion or moisturizer. Wear clothing that is loose so it is less likely to irritate the skin.... Try to wear clothing made of natural fibers, such as cotton, which are more breathable than synthetic materials.... Creams, such as calamine lotion, are safe to use in pregnancy and can provide some relief from itching. You may be offered a vitamin K supplement. This is because OC can affect your absorption of vitamin K, which is important for healthy pregnancy. Hope it helped , Take care urself...
