Answer: Hi dear. no dear you should not join gym. If want to loose weight then You will have to focus on both diet and physical exercise. I would not suggest you to do rash dieting as it is not good for your health but avoid oily and junk food, focus on healthy and homemade food only. Increase protein in your diet and cut carbs. Avoid sugary food and drink plenty of water. Physical exercise is equally important for losing weight, so start gradually, first start with 30 minutes walk and then increase this time upto 1 hour. Follow this for one month and then shift to light exercises and yoga, Surya and is the best way to get back your body in shape. Whatever you choose , be consistent in it.
