Answer: Hi dear, many congratulations on baby, I have few tips which I used myself to reduce the marks.hope it will help you as well
Oil Treatment: Massaging the affected areas with oils make your skin smooth and help reduce the stretch marks. Some of the popularly used oils include:
Olive Oil, Vitamin E Oil or Castor Oil
Aloe Vera: Aloe vera promotes healing and soothes your skin. Use fresh gel rather than the one available in the market.
Rub it directly over the skin, leave for 15 minutes and wash it off using lukewarm water. Apply on the affected areas regularly.
You can also prepare a mixture of one-fourth cup of aloe vera gel with oil from five vitamin A and ten vitamin E capsules. Rub it over the skin until it is completely absorbed. Apply it twice a day.
Honey: The antiseptic property of honey works in reducing stretch marks.
Take a small cloth and apply honey on it.
Place the cloth on the affected area and let it remain until it turns dry.
Rinse off using warm water.
Or you can prepare honey scrub by mixing it with salt and glycerin. Apply it on the stretch marks, leave until it dries and rinse off using water.
Egg White:Egg white is rich in protein, which helps rejuvenate the skin and makes it look fresh.
Beat two egg whites using a fork.
Clean the affected area with water and apply a thick layer of egg white using a makeup brush.
Let it dry and then rinse off using cold water.
Apply some olive oil to keep the skin supple and moisturized.
Repeat it every day for at least two weeks. It helps improve your skin tone, and the marks fade away slowly.
Answer: Hello dear, Aloe vera is effective in the treatment of many skin problems. Its healing and soothing properties can be used to get rid of stretch marks. There are a couple of ways to apply it. You can directly rub aloe vera gel on the affected skin area, leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse the skin with lukewarm water.
Bio oil is also effective.you can use coconut and olive oil also.

Answer: Hi dear,
You can try these.
Apply a mix of coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil and castor oil in equal measure. Use this twice a day. It will provide relief. As your skin is stretching it's getting dry due to wch you are experiencing itchiness.
Other than this keep yourself hydrated, add foods wch are rich in omega 3 and natural oils this will maintain the elasticity of the skin.
Yu can use bio oil for yur stretch marks. I personally used it n after 6 to 8 months of regular application I noticed my scars had become very light.
Try using bio oil.

Question: My due date is 27 july... My 1st delivery is thru c-sec... Can Any1 suggest mujhe normal delivery k liye mujhe kya karna chaiye ?
Answer: Hello ! It is impossible to predict with any certainty who will be able to have a vaginal delivery and who will end up with a repeat c-section.
If you decide to try it, you'll need a caregiver who supports the idea. Your caregiver must also have admitting privileges at a hospital that allows VBACs and where appropriate coverage is available around-the-clock.
Not all hospitals meet the criteria for offering a VBAC. In addition, some hospitals simply avoid the controversy – and the potential for legal issues – surrounding VBACs by not allowing them. Most often, however, it's up to individual doctors whether they're willing to provide a VBAC.
VBACs are controversial, and it may be challenging to find a practitioner who's willing to do one. Give yourself plenty of time to look around.
you're a good candidate for a vaginal birth after a c-section if you meet all the following criteria:
Your previous cesarean incision was a low-transverse uterine incision (which is horizontal) rather than a vertical incision in your upper uterus (known as a "classical" incision) or T-shaped, which would put you at higher risk for uterine rupture. (Note that the type of scar on your belly may not match the one on your uterus.)
Your pelvis seems large enough to allow your baby to pass through safely. (While there's no way to know this for sure, your practitioner can examine your pelvis and make an educated guess.)
You've never had any other extensive uterine surgery, such as a myomectomy to remove fibroids.
You've never had a uterine rupture.
You have no medical condition or obstetric problem (such as a placenta previa or a large fibroid) that would make a vaginal delivery risky.
There's a doctor on site who can monitor your labor and perform an emergency c-section if necessary.
There's an anesthesiologist, other medical personnel, and equipment available around-the-clock to handle an emergency situation for you or your baby.
Hope this helps you .
Take care .
