Answer: 1.5 glass of water 10-12 soaked black raisins, 2 soaked almonds 7.00am 1 cup milk 8-8.30am idli, dosa, poha, upma or any for breakfast 11.00am seasonal fruits, oranges, sweetlime 1-1.30 pm wheat / jowar roti, curry, dal, rice, curd mix raita, salad with lemon 4.00pm 1 cup of milk 6.00pm fruits or fruit juice made at home without sugar 8-8.30pm same as lunch but with green leafy veg curry made adding garlic 10.00pm 1 cup milk with 2tsp of milk take 2 tsp of ghee with lunch n dinner too drink plenty of water.

It has essential nutrients for babys growth and will also help in milk production. Have lots of green vegetables, fruits, dry fruits. Aviod papaya, dates, pineapple in the first trimester as it can cause abortion. Have grains like brown rice, non veg items like fish. Also drink plenty of water.
