Question: I gained 25 kg during pregnancy and i had c-section. I didn't loose my weight and tummy...what i can do to reduce tummy and weight...i used tummy belt but no use.... please help me?

Answer: Everyday drink honey lemon luck warm water,green tea , juice fruits n weight losing food n take light exercises
