Answer: Dear it's normal to have a pregnant belly even after delivery. Actully dear it takes 9 month for your body to be in the shape so it will take some time to be back on its pre pregnancy shape. So dont worry your baby is now 3 months keep doing easy and mild walk and also drink honey , lemon hot water in the water. Gradually start some yoga . Please don't do any kind of dieting because it will not help much you are breastfeeding your baby so breastfeeding also burns a lot of calories ..so don't worry it will take time but gradually with walk and yoga you will get into the shape but be patient for that don't over stress your body..

Any form of exercise other than walking and stretching is not recommended before that. Your uterus will take minimum of 10 weeks to shrink to its original size, once it goes back to its size you ll see major difference in your tummy.
