Question: I have been informed by doc that my babys growth is 3 weeks behind i m 20 weeks pregnant as per LMP however gestational age is 17 week's kindly suggest me what could be the remedies and how can i cover this in my coming months of pregnancy

Start having almonds, walnuts, raisins everyday.have sprouts, increase your milk intake...add protein powder in milk .u can try mamma's best with vanilla or chocolate flavour, have threptin biscuits two in the morning and two in the evening..if you eat eggs then start eating egg white everyday ..u can also add soya and paneer in the list as they are good sources of proteins...also you can take L-arginine sachet once a day .I hope your doctor must have also suggested you all this... i think u r lacking in the protein diet ..that is y baby's growth is less once u start a healthy protein diet .u will see a difference in two weeks only in the baby's growth. you will have to keep a track after few weeks to see the progress dear. take care dear! i hope this information is helpful to you!
