Answer: Hi dear, Every pregnancy is different with its symptoms.now that you have thyroid issues too,it would add on to your misery.i hope you are taking your thyroid medicines with right dose regularly. Low stamina and fatigue is quite common during pregnancy.due to high progesterone level the body gets sluggish and tired. You need to check your thyroid level first.as thyroid requirement increases during pregnancy.you check your sugar levels too.apart from that do check our water intake.dehydration can directly impact your energy levels.keep sipping water through out the day.fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables to be consumed daily for overall health.vitamin d deficiency can also make one feel tired.keep yourself exposed to morning sunlight.include mild exercises in your daily routine.many times staying inactive can lead to lethargy.
Answer: Hi dear it happens and every pregnancy is different. Don't worry as ur body is working overtime and need more energy to stay active and energetic. To boost your energy, drink lots of water and eat small, healthy meals and snacksthroughout the day. Go for protein and complex carb combos like whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk, a piece of cheese on whole-grain crackers or a couple slices of turkey on whole-wheat bread. And when you feel yourself sinking into a valley, do some stretches and deep-breathing exercises, or go for a brisk walk around the block.take some quick nap if u feels tired. These changes in life style will reduce ur fatigue. All the best.

Question: I feel very tired and sleepy... Even I can't do any simple work.. Is it normal??
Answer: Yes dear, it happens in pregnancy. and there is really nothing you can do other than rest every chance you get.  If you are working take a little nap during your breaks.  It will pass in time.  Hang in there. Your physical changes this week. It's still too early to see or feel your expanding uterus through your abdominal wall. You may feel occasional crampsand lower abdominal pains also. A  few causes of tiredness I've found were, low blood sugar, dehydration, and (early on) your body adjusting to the new blood volume. So try eating a piece of fruit or drinking more watter.  If you are feeling a lot weakness plz visit ur doctor before taking any medication.and try to engage urself with another activities. Take care urself....
