Question: I am trying to get pregnant for last 15 month. I have done follicle study for 5 times also i have done HSG test . All test are normal. No problem in it . Though i am unable to conceive .
Answer: some top tips:
1. Have sex - The most important tip!
If you have regular, unprotected sex for a year, about 84% of couples will get pregnant.
Know your cycle
Even though the advice is regular sex throughout the month, it's important to know your cycle.
Going back to basics here, you only get a baby when a sperm meets an egg and that egg only comes usually once a month, around day 14 in your cycle.
The egg only survives for a day or two, so there's only a limited window each month during which you can actually get pregnant. It's probably around six days.
You are likely to have better quality sperm if you have sex regularly, so continue to do so throughout the month, but realise that the most fertile time is around the time of ovulation.
During ovulation some women feel a twinge of pain in one side and cervical mucus may become thin and slippery.
If you have an irregular cycle or feel you need extra help, you can buy ovulation prediction kits to help you find out when you are most fertile.
It can be an obsession with some couples to have to have sex at a certain time and this can put a lot of pressure on couples. However, it can take the fun out of sex and make some men less likely to perform.
Folic acid and a check up
Women who are thinking about getting pregnant should take a 400mcg supplement each day. Some women are advised to take a 5mg folic acid supplement each day, for example, those with coeliac disease or diabetes.
If you take folic acid when you are trying for a baby - ideally for at least 3 months before conceiving - and for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy it reduces the risk of having a baby with conditions such as spina bifida.
It's also good to have a pre-conception check up with your GP.
Be a healthy weight
If you are in a healthy weight range you have a body mass index (BMI) of between 18.5 - 24.9. NICE says women who have a BMI of more than 29 can take longer to conceive than women whose weight is in the normal range.
While there are no scientific studies on the best sexual positions for baby-making, Having sex in the 'missionary position' is best as it helps the sperm travel through the cervix (which is apparently quite a difficult journey).
You can even put a cushion under you to tilt the pelvis further - some women have a tilted uterus and this can really help.
Ensure your sperm is healthy
The boxers-versus-tight-briefs debate for men is pretty inconclusive.
There's some evidence that wearing loose boxers instead of tight pants may help a man's fertility, by keeping his testicles cool. Then again there's evidence that disproves it too.
Don't leave it too late
A woman's fertility peaks in her early twenties but these days more women are leaving it later to have a baby.
More women are holding out until their thirties and forties to start a family. Having a baby before the age of 35 improves your chances no end, but women can have babies into their 40s if they are fit and healthy and in good health.
Question: I have a pain in throat, my doctor guide me to do gargals. Can u pls guide me any other home remedy, to get rid from throat pain
Answer: You might need antibiotics soon.
Cold cough throat pain go hand in hand usually what you must not if you get fever because of all these three cold can be cured by taking natural remedies but it is important to get the treatment as you are in your last lap of pregnancy taking Ginger with honey or taking turmeric milk at night or adding grated ginger and dates to the boiling milk and drinking the milk once it is with lukewarm or slightly have decreased the temperature and schooler then this will be very effective in treating cold that is minor but for throat pain if it is literally giving you a lot of problem while eating swallowing and speaking then it can be tonsillitis and will need Azithromycin to be treated see your doctor if she can prescribe any other antibiotic looking at the safety.
