Answer: hello dear the abdominal and back pain your experiencing is normal in pregnancy as the baby grows the pressure will come on the abdomen and so you will feel pain. Lie down on the left side for sometime and the pain will decrease. As a body weight increases you will experience back you can apply pain relief ointment and give slight hot pressure. The pain will decrease. Hope this helps.
Answer: Its normal during pregnancy. Try to relax. Have bed rest for 1 or 2 hours in afternoon. Or if you have severe backache and abdomen pain that you can't bear, you should consult your gynaecologist.

It's normal as your fetus and your uterus is expanding so more nearby muscle tension is increasing. That's how backache and abdomen pain occurs.

Question: Reasons for lower back pain
Answer: Hello! As your uterus expands, it shifts your center of gravity and also stretches out (and weakens) your abdominal muscles, affecting your posture and putting strain on your back. It may also cause back pain if it's pressing on a nerve. Plus, the extra weight you're carrying means more work for your muscles and increased stress on your joints, which is why your back may feel worse at the end of the day.
