Question: I have a vomiting problem throughout the day and i could not take more water not even more than one liter what should I do to increase water content. I eat pomegranate and gova daily.what else i should do

Answer: Hello dear, You may feel mildly queasy unless you keep your stomach full, or you may feel severely ill and throw up even after only drinking plain water. Take ginger juice off course it is very bitter in taste so mix it with little honey and have it. Drink lots of water. You can also drink lemon water. Stay well hydrate. Keep yourself calm and take rest. Sometimes hunger  increases nausea. So eat regular meals and small snacks like dry fruits ( soaked almonds, 4 5 cashew nuts, 2 walnuts, fresh orange juice, fruits, sprouts, chhena, biscuits, namkin.  Also you can have lemon water with black salt. Question: Since i have less breastmilk and If i take jeera water all throughout the day to increase breastmilk. Will it cause any problem to me or my baby?
Answer: No dear Having jeera in diet will increase ur milk supply. Also, u can have Galact granules which is ayurvedic powder. Have this twice a day with milk.(2 teaspoons in a cup of milk). Consult your Gynocologist she may give some tablets for a couple of days to initiate lactation. In first few days very little amount of milk is enough for your baby so don't worry momma !! Latch him whenever he wants the more he sucks the more is the milk production.

Question: My water content has reduced and doctor asked me to increase my water intake. The problem is that the more water i drink, the more i vomit. Is there any other alternative to increase my liquid content in body? Any other liquids i could take instead of water?
Answer: Ya mam..many alternatives are there..insetead of water drink juices...or eat watery fruits like watermelon..kirini..and eat watery vegetables
