Answer: Hello.. Back pain is normal in pregnancy,it happens due to harmone changes, and loosening of pelvic muscles to prepare for child birth,you can follow these steps it may help.. Maintain a good posture to sit and split your body weight equally to thigh it will help alot You can massage your back with pain relieving ointment,and take warm bath Use maternity pillow behind your back,to sit ,it will relieve the pain Do maternity yoga ,those possess will relieve you from back pain
Answer: Congratulations on your pregnancy I can understand your anxiety. Back pain may be a signal of uti. So get your urine examined. If it's uti drink lot of liquids like water,cocnut water, fruit juice, butter milk etc so infection goes way from urine. If not nothing to worry. Just take support to back when ever to sit. Always sit with support to legs. Put cushion when you sit. Take care

Answer: Don't worry much about low lying placenta. Many ppl have it. Just take enough bed rest, so that when your uterus grows the placenta automatically moves up. Only idea here is to not make the placenta move further down by lifting heavy things, walking faster kind of strenuous things involving the pelvic region. You can sit for as much as you want. Just keep your legs elevated so that your pelvic region is stress free. And if you feel like walking, walk very slowly. Avoid long travels/ travels on bumpy roads even if it's shorter.
