Answer: Dear constipation is completely normal during pregnancy it happens because of hormonal changes which make it hard to digest food properly.. so  the simplest solution should be by drinking more water. About 2 liters of liquids should be enough. Try to avoid any high-sugar beverages. Definitely nothing with caffeine like coffee, tea or cola. Tap water or bottled water is basically the best option.Eat more fibers. Basically, eat bread. Eat fruits. Eat more raw vegetables. Eat prunes! Avoid Fast Food.if all doesn’t help, visit your doctor. You might have an iron deficiency or something else making it more difficult to poop…

Question: Is it any problem that if baby will go motion once in a week
Answer: Hi. I can understand your concern. Actually some babies won't go motion frequently. Up to 1 week is ok. It should not be beyond that. If your baby is ok while passing the motion then ok. Check whether she has a trouble passing the motion because of hard stools or something. If it is so better to consult a pediatrition. Check your diet too. If you are eating food that causes heat in the body it may also a cause for your baby. Use drops for digestion. Take care
