Question: I have a cold and continues cough. Have tried home remedies like ginger tea. It does not help. Any other remedy i can try

Warm salt water 9. Place a humidifier in your room, keep your head elevated on your pillow while resting, or use nasal strips. 10. Suck on ice chips, drink warm tea, or gargle with warm salt water.
Answer: Hi Dear! The below few options r tried and tested and you can.try to... Grate ginger and add honey to it. A teaspoon of this can be given at regular intervals. It helps to soothe the throat, respiratory tract and provides relief from cough. Saffron milk Kesar milk also known as saffron milk is excellent during cold and cough in toddlers. Add a few strands of saffron to 1 cup of boiled milk. Let it cool, strain out the saffron threads and offer to your kid before sleeping at night. Make a mixture with jaggery, cumin seeds, pepper and ajwain seeds. your cough will stop.. Hope this helps!

Answer: Hi mom, first of all do not worry this thing is common in babies...i have gone through this problem several times...i tell you what i used to follow i am sure it will help you.... you can blow air with pressure from your mouth to baby's navel three times twice a day and before sleeping apply hing(asafoetida) water on the stomach arounx navel also try to give more tummy time....all of these are home remedies viven by my grandmother it really worked...i am sure it will work for you☺
