Answer: Hi dear...its common during this trimester..since the baby is growing and weight carrying induces backache at this stage...dont worry ..support and sit with a pillow while sitting and roll a turkey towel or thick shawl and keep it close to spine while sleeping..it reduces the pain much...masaage with oil or hot water fomentation for temporary relief..add more calcium in ur diet like ragi,badams,curd,milk,egg white,etc.take care and sleep well,it's going to be okay.
