Don't forget to eat those ladoos, Dryfruit halwa and drink at least 2 glass of milk in a day. Third, Apne pass hamesha pani rakhi ye and breastfeeding k baad ek glass pani pi lo, dehydration nai hoga. Fourth, Apki milk supply achi ho iske liye apni diet me methi, jeera, green vegetables, fruits and Dryfruit khoob include kariye. Answer: after c section back pain happens due to anesthesia injection. the other reason is muscular imbalance during surgery. Back pain and joints pain also normal due to lack of calcium. Start calcium tablets try these remedies-- @Regular exercise can reduce back pain. Walking is a safe exercise. @Apply hot water bottle on the back pain but before applying it consult with your doctor. @ Use proper posture when working, sitting, or sleeping is a good move. @ Take hot water bath 2 or 3 times in a week.  @ Dip towel in hot water and apply on the back. stretching is  useful to he for the pain /cramp. gentle massage also give relief. warm oil and massage gently. apply hot water bottle over your legs. take warm water bath with little salt  put your legs in warm water with little salt. Apply hot water bottle it gives instant relief. Warm mustard oil with ajwain and garlic and do massage on joints and back also. After delivery massage is very necessary for 1months at least.
