Question: I had c section...my breast milk is nt comin properly... N i m feelin cramps in my legs and hands... Is it calcium deficiency?

Answer: Take perinorm CD tablets to increase breastmilk. I also took. But before that take Dr's advice. Drink milk with shatavari twice a day. Take garden cress khir in morning.
