Question: I had c sec 1n half month ago..but still i had numbness in my lowe back n legs...is it normal or not?? Plz tell me
Answer: Usually body requires to heal about 6 months post c section so the pain in legs and back may be common. Avoid sitting for longer duration and take rest whenever possible. Can have back massage before bathing. It helps and also walking for 10 to15 minutes daily helps in circulation of blood and reduces the leg pain. Maintain proper diet and have plenty of fluids.
