Question: I had c-section 3 months back, please tell me how to reduce my tummy
Answer: Hello! you can start by doing some light walking each day as soon as you feel up to it. Don’t push yourself too hard, especially in the beginning. After the initial recovery period, you can begin to do some other exercises. Even after you’ve been given the all clear, brisk walking is still an excellent choice for exercise. Burn through that lingering belly fat by going on at least 3 brisk walks per week.

Question: How to reduce belly 6 months post C section delivery? I am not a breastfeeding mother..
Answer: Hi Dear! The only long term solution for weight loss is to moderate the consumption of easily digested carbohydrates such as rice, wheat, potatoes and other starchy foods and sugars. Get your carbohydrates from vegetables, nuts, berries and increase your consumption of healthy fats from avocados, coconut oil, butter and ghee and increase your consumption of proteins as protein is thermogenic. Also be more active, not necessarily an avid exerciser. Also learn to manage stress by yoga, pranayama and other breathing techniques as stress is a big contributor to belly fat.. Hope this helps!
