Walking is the best workout as it will not cause any strain on your body.  Eat fiber-rich foods: Having a balanced diet is important. Try not to overeat; even your most favorite food has to be taken in limited amounts. Include fiber-rich foods as they ease constipation and regularize your stomach functions.  Drink more water: You should drink eight to ten glasses of water every day. Stay hydrated so that your body will not get undernourished. Have a healthy mind: Your emotions and mood have an impact on the baby’s emotional well-being.  Increase sleeping hours: Your body is undergoing a lot of physical and hormonal changes. For these changes to happen smoothly and for you to not have a sudden impact of the changing conditions, sleep peacefully for a long time. Yeast infection: Vaginal candidiasis is a common infection in expectant mothers. This occurs due to high estrogen levels and higher glycogen content in vaginal secretions. Maintaining vagina hygiene and taking probiotics such as lactobacillus acidophilus would be helpful

Question: I got colour Doppler today and got to know that two loops of cord is around baby's neck but baby is fine now what precautions should I take
Answer: Loops of cord around the baby's neck never creates problem. The only way it could cause a problem is if the umbilical cord became so compressed Which usually happens when you get labour contractions,at that time doctors will monitor heart rate of baby, if heart is is dropping during contractions, then your doctor might ask you for C section if nothing unusual vaginal delivery can be expected and there is nothing you can do regarding this other than routine and timely check

For you, first three months is the pregnancy is the most crucial in ur babies development as all organ are forming throughout ur pregnancy but especially in three months. Be careful about any type of alcohol, medicine. Take healthy diet fresh fruits, fresh veggie and fresh food too. Take prenatal vitamins, choose ur doctor well. Get enough sleep. Do exercise, avoid travelling, avoid jerks, dont lift heavy objects. Get enough fluids.
