Answer: Dear sometimes pregnancy do take time in all reports Normal also so firstly be stress free, have sex in your ovulation days. Ovulation happens about 14 days before your period starts. If your average menstrual cycle is 28 days, you ovulate around day 14, and your most fertile days are days 12, 13 and 14.  having sex in these days will increase your chances of pregnancy also it's better if you make your husband get checked once because sometimes women is completely fine and because of stress the sperm motility is less which can cause problem in conceiving...
Answer: Hello dear. If everything is absolutely normal then I would suggest calculating your ovulation correctly abd having sex at the right time. Ideally you ovulate 14 days before your next due periods. So if your cycle is 28 days then your will be ovulating in 14th day. And your fertile days would be 12, 13 and 14. Hope it helps.

Question: I got married in 2014 trying for being mumma but I have pcos and endometriosis.when we do intercourse after few days pain in my pelvic area.what we do.Meny treatment done but no result also HSG
Answer: Hi! I had pcod and conceived naturally. A good diet and exercise would help you. Consult a nutritionist does help. Exercise or yoga helps; also cut down on sugar, refined and processed food, alcohol and caffeine. My doc prescribed diet changes and exercise. So I exercise for 25 to 30 minutes 6 days a week. I cut down majorly on all carbs, upped my protein, veggie and fruit intake. Also have cut way back on dairy. My energy had come back tremendously, but even starting with brisk walking everyday will benefit your energy levels. Eat green raw veggies as salad, fruits which are less sweet (avoid mango, banana, grapes etc) avoid processed food, maida, ( bhaturas, pizza, burger, Chinese) white rice, airated drinks, sugar should be avoided as much as you can focus more on organic food of you are non vegetarian than try having organic as hormones in Chicken can add on to the trouble and most importantly brisk walk everyday for at least 45 min to 1 hour. PCOS cannot be cured but you can handle it and control it to great extend with clean eating and exercise. Try to be stress free dear, it helps a lot. All the best
