Question: I feel nausea when i see food..is it normal ?

Answer: Hi dear it is normal to have nausea during pregnancy. Here are the few advise. For morning nausea, eat toast, cereal, crackers, or other dry foods before getting out of bed. Eat cheese, lean meat, or another high-protein snack before bedtime. Sip fluids, such as clear fruit juices, water, or ice chips, throughout the day. Don’t drink lots of fluid at one time. Eat small meals or snacks every two to three hours instead of three large meals per day. Don’t eat fried, greasy, or spicy foods. Avoid foods with strong odors that are bothersome. Or eat foods cold or at room temperature.

Answer: dont worry dear, Nausea and vomiting are usually part of healthy pregnancy. The misery typically goes away by the middle of the second trimester but some pregnant leady face them throughout pregnancy. I am trying some simple remedies to get rid of this problem. You can also try this. @ Take ginger juice off course it is very bitter in taste so mix it with little honey and have it. @ Drink lots of water. You can also drink lemon water. Stay well hydrate. @ Keep yourself calm and take rest. @ Sometimes hunger increases nausea. So eat regular meals and small snacks like dry fruits ( soaked almonds, 4 5 cashew nuts, 2 walnuts, fresh orange juice, fruits, sprouts, chhena, biscuits, namkin. Also you can have lemon water with black salt dear have a safe and healthy pregnancy
