Answer: As you are pregnant so gaining weight can result in heaviness of stomach or it could also be due to bloating or gas issue. Eat small but frequent meals , walk daily 1 hour . Take dinner at least one hour before bed time. Avoid heavy food.. eat iron and calcium rich diet. Eat lots of green vegetables, lentils, beans , dairy products and all Healthy options in your diet.
