Question: I feel headache, anorexia, morning sickness, gaseousness at 7 weeks pregnancy. So plz guide me

Answer: Hii plz one go for the check up of your hemoglobin . Also start ur day with ginger tea as it reduce morning sickness. Take lemonade .Dat also give u refreshing feel. Kindly avoid food which create gas after eating like cabbage , cauliflower, radish ,milk cheese, spicy food, oily food and junk foods. Don't eat heavy meal in a single go. Eat small small meal.in every 2-3 hours. Do get involved in physical activity. Eat more of fibre. Also keeps u urself hydrated. Take proper qty of water and juices. U can also ask for stool softener with doctor. All the best.
