Question: i feel back pain at left side only...please suggest something. and why i feel this at left side only??

Answer: Hello dear..back pain is normal in pregnancy,it happens due to harmone changes, and loosening of pelvic muscles to prepare for child birth,you can follow these steps it may help.. Maintain a good posture to sit and split your body weight equally to thigh it will help alot You can massage your back with pain relieving ointment,and take warm bath,Use maternity pillow behind your back,to sit ,it will relieve the pain,Do maternity yoga ,those possess will relieve you from back pain
Answer: Hi dear, 1Elevate your feet when resting, if possible. 2 Use a heating pad or gentle massage on the back . 3 soak your legs in hot water. 4 Avoid standing for long hours . 5 Try taking a hot shower or bath 6 start low impact exercises like walk to increase blood flow. 7 sleep towards one side. 8 apply pain reliever ointments.

Answer: Ya dear this is common. I also gone through such pain. my doctor said it is due to baby size increasing. It is infact a good thing that baby growing well 🤗😛. I know but discomfort was really killing me, so my doctor advise me to do warm compress. And sit by keeping legs up. It did give me some relief. Not complete. But try this. Surely some comfort u will get. Hope sister dis advice will help u.

Question: I having consistent pain at left side, throughout leg.. at left side I feel my baby.. but this pain is normal, or I have to worry about it.. please let me know
Answer: Pain in the legs is usually an indication of calcium deficiency. You should start consuming more calcium rich leafy vegetables and increase intake of milk atleast once a day. Doctor may have prescribed you calcium medication if he/she thinks it's required.
