Question: I experience numbness and less grip in my hands. What is the reason for it and how to overcome it?

Answer: Hi Dear! One of my friend had carpel tunnel in which its common to have numbness and pain in the wrist area if you are going through something like this then you can talk to your doctor too but here r few tips which helped my friend.. It went post delivery but exercise did help her a lot; Wrist rotation, Open and close hands, stress balls. warm mustard oil with some turmeric. It has brought her some relief and she felt better. Hope you feel better soon.
Answer: It's normal only.. feeling weekness and swelling also common due to hormonal changes... Don't worry.. keep urself hydrated and stay healthy..
