Next thing is reduce stress and anxiety find a friend or someone who can listen and help u if there are issue in ur life. Watch ur diet by excluding caffeine and alcohol to prevent insomnia. Eat well balanced diet. Take some rest during day time if u r not getting rest at night, take a nap to help reduce fatigue.
