Question: I cant sleep at night, na left na right sidha sone ki koshish kru tu kamar mai dard hta hai, asa q hai?

Answer: During pregnancy mostly women face this sleeping problem because of hormonal imbalance, stress and anxiety. As ur pregnancy grows u may find it more difficult to get comfortable positions. In order to get good sleep u can so some following things like drink plenty if liquids during the day but reduce the intake of water before bedtime for frequent urination. Next thing is reduce stress and anxiety find a friend or someone who can listen and help u if there are issue in ur life. Watch ur diet by excluding caffeine and alcohol to prevent insomnia. Eat well balanced diet. Take some rest during day time if u r not getting rest at night, take a nap to help reduce fatigue.
