Try to keep yourself clean take bath twice daily with lukewarm water, apply powder, you can also apply calamine lotion or coconut oil on itchy areas this will help you relieving the itchiness. Where loose clothes preferably cotton, increase your water intake like coconut water barley water fruit juices. It still the itchiness does not subside I would suggest you meet your doctor she may prescribe some antibacterial creams to be applied take care
