Question: i can't sleep properly at night . what should i do ?

Insomnia during pregnancy is normal and affects most pregnant women. It would settle down gradually. Here are the few remedies : Try new sleeping positions. Prepare yourself for bedtime by taking a warm bath or receiving a nice massage. Set up your room for a comfortable sleep setting. Take care.

Answer: Dear may be due 2 hunger baby s not sleeping properly so dear give healthy diet to ur baby. As in night give 1 chapati wit half bowl sabji nd before bed time give 1 cup cow milk ,wear cotton nd comfortable clothes according to weather ,room temprature shouod be normal nd dont sleep baby after 6 pm nd before bed time massage babies legs nd back properly so that he sleeps properly .try it
