38 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I can't sleep at night. Am side sleeper I feel pain in left side of stomach while sleeping in right and vice versa. What I have to do?

Answer: Hello dear Anxiety, stress, and depression are some of the most common causes because of which u are not able to sleep at night. Having difficulty sleeping can also make anxiety, stress, and depression symptoms worse U can try following ways to. Have proper sleep at night: 1. Develop bedtime routine 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Eat healthy dinner and drink warm glass of milk will make u have good sleep 4. Stay active during the day so that u can have rest during the night 5. Keep your room cool, dark, and quiet for optimal sleeping conditions.
