19 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I ate atleast 5 gms of pot clay. I am 16 weeks pregnant. Feeling little uneasy... I dnt know if it is psychological or really something wrong. I couldn't control to have thus clay... Now I am worried. Please tell if it is unsafe for my child

Answer: It's better not to have clay or mud. You distract your mind to some other food when you crave for it.
Answer: Yes its harmful you can try calcium tablet which recommend by your Dr instead clay
