Answer: Dear not ur contipation is not gonna effect the baby. He is doing less motion due to the fact that he is breastfeed and breastfeed babies poop less often. So relax there is nothing to worry. For your constipation Take a lemon put black salt in it and use toothpick to put it inside the lemon now put the lemon on a spoon and heat it till the black salt melts and goes inside the lemon. Now take it off the flame. Now lick it. Trust me it works.
Some points to keep in mind to avoid constipation are as follows:-
1.) Try smaller, more frequent meals
3.) Drink plenty of water
4.) Watch what food you eat
5.) Avoid artificial sweeteners, carbonated drinks and fatty fried foods.
6.) Under situations of severe gas, a small piece of jaggery will help relieve it. Based on my personal experience as nothing worked for me in 8th month and this remedy helped.
7.) Having green leafy veges and fruits.
8.) Fiber intake should be increased more of salads with lunch and dinner will help. Morning breakfast you can have with oats to help in constipation.

Have a fiber rich foods that includes wholewheat,oats, grains and cereals...
Include lot of vegetables and fruits in your diet..
Eat guava with breakfast it will help a lot
Make a habit of eating figs and prunes daily,can drink raisin juice it relieves constipation
Drink lot of water,stay yourself hydrated,also include fresh juice ,milk..
Banana smoothie,figs smoothie will be more effective in reducing constipation.
If it persist ,it is better to consult pediatrician..
