Question: I am try for 3 years i am not getting pregnant..i have polycystic ovary...and less amount of thyroid..weight is 90 height 5.4 .what will i do?please tell i am veru worried about it
Answer: Hi. It is not at all a bad idea to visit a gynaecologist for a regular check up and inform her about your plan. She may help you with a) thyroid test and medication if required b) she will explain about the fertile window period during which intercourse is required. c) If any specific medication required for polycystic ovaries. Please note, I was on thyroid medication during pregnancy. I know of friends with polycystic ovaries who are now mothers of lovely children. There are ovulation kits available (Preganews) which helps with fertility calendar and also to test for ovulation. So don't worry.

Question: My weight is 67 and height is 5.1... is it ok for conceiving
Answer: Yes dear it is absolutely fine if you are healthier. And you are not having any health complication then you can surely go for conceiving. Eat a healthy diet when planning a pregnancy 1.) You should eat a healthy diet with a wide variety of foods 2.) Reduce the amount of fat, salt and sugar in your foods (fewer take-aways, biscuits and fried foods). 3.) Eat more plant foods such as breads, cereals, fruit, vegetables, beans, rice and pasta. 4.) Fuel up on: leafy greens, whole grains, eggs, legumes, meat, fish (or fish oil supplements) and water—lots and lots of water. ... 5.) Steer clear of: Acidic foods like coffee, alcohol, meat and processed foods, which may make your cervical mucus hostile to sperm.  Pay attention to your diet. For both men and women, food and fertility are linked. Stick to a balanced diet to boost your chances of a healthy baby. Eat several servings of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and calcium-rich foods such as yogurt, cheese, and milk every day. Hope this helps.
