30 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I am 28 weeks pregnant or 7 months pregnant. But mera weight bht increase nhi ho raha. My weight is 54 now. I want healthy baby. Can u plz tell me what should i eat to gain baby weight. Plzzzz

Answer: Hello! If you are eating nutritious food, it is not necessary that you will gain too much of weight. However, your weight gain doesn't effect your baby's growth always if you are having nutritional food. The total weight gain in pregnancy should not be more than 12-15kgs. Hence do not worry much. 1. Pre-Breakfast Snack: A glass of plain cow’s milk Almond milk Milkshake Apple juice Tomato juice Dry fruits 2. Breakfast: Bowl of fruits Wheat rava upma with lots of vegetables Poha with lots of vegetables Oats porridge Whole wheat toast with butter and omelet Vegetable omelet Paranthas with fillings of spinach, dal, potatoes, carrots, beans, cottage cheese, cheese with curd Mixed bean cutlet or patties Some fruits to go along with the breakfast such as apricots, dates, sweet fig, banana, oranges Cheese toast or cheese and vegetable sandwich Vegetable handvo Rice sevai with lots of vegetables 3. Mid-Morning Snack: Tomato soup Spinach soup Creamy spinach soup Carrot and beet soup Chicken soup 4. Answer: No worries dear.. mommy ke weight se baby ke health par farak nahi padta. If scan shows normal baby weight then relax You eat more of fats like cream butter cheese ghee Take 1 spoon honey in milk in morning everyday with bananas Take 1 spoon ghee in milk at night everyday 20 grams of mixed almonds cashews everyday My weight was 55 in last month and baby absolutely healthy Staycalm and relaxed Hope i was helpful

    Thanx dear. My weight was 50 before pregnancy when pregnancy started it reduce to 46 and now my weight is 54. In 26 weeks ultrasound my baby weight was 887gm. Is it healthy baby or weak????
