Answer: You have to be positive dear, your baby might be 4 or 4.5 kgs while born. Generally in india babies born with the weight in between of 5lbs to 10lbs means 2.75 kg to 4.50 kgs around. Which does not consider over weight. Your baby might have little bit extra weight than expected but when babies born they start loose weight till 2 weeks. After 15 days they starts to regain. So don't worry about any complications as your baby gonna be super healthy. And for his future health you can make his schedule with proper diet and physical workouts and massage. He will be fine dear. Take care of you and baby.. All the best.
