Question: I am 36 weeks pregnant & my haemoglobin level is 10.2 at this time is normal????

Answer: Hello dear Yes, it's ok but you have to increase it little more. Eat dry fruits , green veggies , dates , fish , drink carrot nd beetroot juice. These all will help u to increase ur haemoglobin levels..

Salad, paratha or soup etc. Aap apni diet me spinach, paneer and anar bhi include karo. Daily morning ne kaccha paneer kali Mirchi and halka salt laga kar khao. In sab k sath doc ne jo apko iron supplements diye hai wo daily raat me khao without fail. In few weeks your hb level will shoot up.

Answer: Don't worry you should check with your reports if your baby is getting proper weight then it's not a problem if you don't gain weight some times I also never gained 1 kg weight also in entire pregnancy but my baby was growing well and was born with 3.2 kg weight so I was never concerned about it
