Answer: Back pain is common in pregnancy due to the hormonal changes hormones tend to relax the ligaments and joints of the body, in preparation of the labour process. In advanced pregnancy, due to to the pregnancy bump, the curvature of the lower spine changes. To cure take rest whenever possible Take milk and milk product properly. Try to maintain a good posture while sitting ,sit on a comfortable chair, which will support your back. You can try hot water bag application and simple painkiller spray or ointment If not relieved you can take Paracetamol occasionally. Take care
