Answer: Eat a balanced and nutrition rich diet. Try to keep your diet as natural as possible with loads of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also include whole grains, proteins and complex carbohydrates to your meals.Take your prenatal vitamins regularly. It compensates for any gaps in your nutrition intake and acts as a healthy supplement for your and your baby’s healthInclude dry fruits and nuts in your diet as they have healthy fatsEnsure you get enough rest during the day and the night. Resting will give your body a chance to refresh itself. Over-exerting yourself puts a pressure on both you and the fetus. So try to catch a day time nap and ensure you get at least 8 hours of sleep in the nightStay relaxed and positive at all times. When you are over anxious, you tend to under-eat (thereby not giving your body and the fetus enough nutrients) or overeat (mostly wrong and unhealthy food choices)Keep yourself always hydrated with plain drinking water. Dehydration during pregnancy can cause many complications like headaches, acidity, indigestion, heartburn etc.If you are worried about your baby’s weight, talk to your gynecologist and understand how often you want to keep track of it. Usually doctors do not recommend ultrasound scans unless necessaryDiscuss with your doctor if you need to take anyextra supplements to increase fetal weight However, the point here is that it is the mother’s weight that determines fetal weight. If the mother does not gain enough weight, the fetus will accordingly be small

Question: Hi i am 35 weeks pregnant.. on scanning my baby weight 1.85kg..plz suggest me to increase the baby weight
Answer: Hello... It is time for you to relax and enjoy the few days that you have before you deliver your baby! At this stage, your baby’s development is almost complete. Her weight will increase rapidly and her brain and lungs will continue to mature. While you can still indulge in some guilty pleasures at this stage, it is important for you to remember to be cautious about what you eat. Your digestive system can be affected due to the rapid weight gain, which is why you should continue with the balanced and nutritious diet you followed in the early months but in larger servings. Here is a list of foods that should be in included in your 9th month of pregnancy diet: Grains And Whole-Grain Breads: 6 to 11 servings per day Fruits: 2 to 4 servings per day Vegetables: more than 4 servings per day Dairy Products: 4 servings per day Foods Rich In Protein: 3 servings per day Hydration: Minimum 2 litres of pure water every day

Question: I am 32 week pregnant.. my baby weight is 1.7kg.. doctor adviced me to increase weight to 2 kg..atleast.. how to increase baby weight... Plz suggest..
Answer: Till 2kg weight will be increased don't worry, drink mama protinex twice a day (3tea spoon of powder for a glass of milk), handful amount of dry fruits every day, if you can eat non veg eat boiled eggs on breakfast, chicken 2-3 times a day. Non veg protein helps better in weight gain than herbal proteins. But don't eat spicy or oily food. From veg eat potatoes, chole, red rajma(beans)(red is good for pregnant women), lentils, cheese
