In future remember this to get up for a few mins after sitting for an hour. Also now that you already have pain you should be doing hot water compression. You can get warm cocunut or almond oil massage done. Keep a pillow behind your back for support. And don't sit for too long till you feel better and you should sleep only on your left side.
