Answer: Hello dear For most women, pregnancy weight gain comes all too easily. But for others, the problem isn’t gaining too much weight — it’s not gaining enough. Whether due to metabolism, body issues, morning sickness, appetite loss or another medical reason, not gaining enough weight can put you at greater risk of pregnancy complications

Question: I am 33 weeks pregnant ..my baby weight is now 1900gm....is it underweight?
Answer: Baby should have touched 2 kg by now. we are expecting that you will gain around 400 grams in this coming 4 weeks so to help increased weight you must drink plenty of juices do not add sugar to them the natural sugar is in the fruit are very beneficial for the baby because they are simply sugar and get healthy diet. Taking drumstick soup with tomatoes every day will boost a lot of weight take sugarcane juice that will help to increase baby weight Taking a small bite of gur will also help every day. it is important that you must know if you have any blood sugar or your present is low lying. checking ultrasound if there is a lack of two weeks from your l m p date and your current gestational delayed also, note if your 28 weeks or the 32nd week's scan has a different gestation age then it will signal an intrauterine growth restriction Please consult your gynae if iugr is ruled out in usg scan.
