24 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I am 23 weeks pregnant, I am facing discomfort during sleep. When I sleep pn my left side my legs start paining soon I turn to the right side and same happens I don't find one proper comfortable sleeping position can anybody suggest what is the best sleeping position and remedy for the pain in my legs

Answer: Dear it is recommended to sleep on sides during pregnancy even better is sleeping on left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs. This pillow will prevent the pain you are having while lying on sides. Hope it helps.

Answer: Throught out pregnancy it is suggested that you sleep on your side preferably the left side. You can use pillows under your hip or thigh as per your comfort. Avoid sleeping on ur stomach or back.
