Question: I am 30 weeks pregnant. Can I do pelvic floor exercises like squats, stretching, butterfly asana etc for normal delivery?

Answer: Hi as the cervix should be around 3.5 to 4 cm and if the cervical length is less than 2.5 cm then it is necessary to take care and as the exercise and yoga are done during pregnancy but it should be under supervision. And as you are nearing to your due date it's better to avoid doing exercise maintain the healthy weight and drink lot of water stay hydrated as well as take rest.
