Answer: hii dear congratulations for ur pregnancy .u will start seeing ur baby bump fro. 5th month. That also its size depends on so many factors like height of mom, how many babies u r carrying, ur body posture, baby body posture, if this is ur 1st pregnancy then the size will be more, amount of amonotic fluid, baby weight, so size doesnt means u don't have healthy baby but it just varies person to person.though embryo begin to make movement by 7th week but being so small ,moms couldn't notice it . Generally mom feel the movement or quickening anywhere between 14th to 26th weeks but generally closer to an average 18th to 22nd week. 2nd time mom can feel early as her uterine and abdomen muscles are more lax. Position of placenta can also affect the feel of movement. Like in anterior placenta mom can feel movement later and with less intensity. So nothing to worry.

If this is your first pregnancy, it may take you a bit longer to realise that those gentle fluttering feelings in your tummy (quickening) are your baby's movements. If you haven't felt any movement from your baby by 24 weeks, see your gyne. She'll listen for your baby's heartbeat and arrange an ultrasound scanor other checks if they’re needed
