Answer: Gastric problem is normal in pregnancy and it may cause of cramps in stomach. One of the more effective ways to remedy gas during pregnancy is to monitor your diet. The hormone progesterone is one of the main causes of excess gas during pregnancy. As your body produces more progesterone to support your pregnancy, progesterone relaxes muscles in your body. This includes the muscles of your intestine. Slower moving intestine muscles mean that your digestion slows down. This allows gas to build up, which in turn leads to bloating, burping, and flatulence. 1. Drink plenty of fluids 2. Stay active and do walk and yoga. 3. Cut down gassy foods like potatoes, wheat, broccoli, egg plant etc. 4. Rich fibre food intake, figs, and bananas, and vegetables, as well as whole grains like oats and flax meal are all good fiber boosters to consider. 5. Light meal often and moderate amount. 6. Fennel seeds and buttermilk for easy digestion.. 7. Eat smaller meals more frequently instead, which not only helps reduce gas but also can help control your blood sugar levels. 8. Slow down how fast you eat. The faster you eat, the more likely you will swallow air with your food, contributing to gas. 9. For serious gas, please consult your doctor she might prescribe an anti-gas medication for proper treatment.
Answer: You keep a 2 hours gap for meals.

Answer: Dear acidity, indigestion is completely normal during pregnancy and it happens because the hormonal changes make it's hard to digest food easily. So dont worry just few changes in lifestyle will help you get relaxed from it. So firstly eat in small proportion but frequently so that food can digest easily, drink water 10 minutes post every meal, avoid spicy and oily food, do some walk after meal so that food get digested, dont lie down right after meal, wear loose clothes. To get rid of heartburn while pregnant include eating fresh ginger raw and drinking fennel tea. Mix 1-teaspoon apple cider vinegar (building up to 1 Tablespoon) with approximately 8 ounces water; sip throughout the day and an hour before meals. Eat yogurt or drink milk . Squeeze 1-2 fresh lemons into a minimum of 8 ounces water. Add honey. Heat for tea or leave cold water for lemonade/juice.

Question: I am 12+ week pregnant, having lot of hair fall. What should i do?
Answer: Hi darling, in general you would hear people saying that pregnancy made their hair more thick but again few of us has different experience. i can relate as i too had the same hair fall issue .There are some things you can do to reduce the hair loss or have a healthier hair during pregnancy. Do not over-brush your hair as it can cause further damage. Do not go for tight hairstyles such as a ponytail, cornrows, braids, hair weaves and hair rollers as they can pull and stress your hair, causing breakage. Do not use straightening treatments or chemical dyes as they make the hair brittle and dry. Use milder shampoo and conditioner. Use a detangling comb to brush your wet hair. Massage the scalp to stimulate blood circulation. Avoid using hair colors as harmful chemicals present in them can lead to excessive hair fall. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables containing flavonoids and antioxidants which help in protecting the hair follicles from damage and stimulate hair growth.
