Question: I am 6 weeks pregnant and my weight is already 84 kgs. please tell a correct diet plan. So that my weight will not increase much.

Answer: Dear to get a correct weight gain just avoid oily and junk food. Eat only homemade food and also use less amount of oil in it. Do a walk regularly and mainly keep eating frequently but in small proportion. Also avoid high sugar or raw sugar from your diet. And drink lots and lots of water. I am also 80 so doing this and lost 4 kg in a month. So do it and please dont stay hungry or stop eating..

Food groups which are rich sources of iron,folic acid and omega-3 fatty acids are very important for the development of baby's brain and Nervous system.
