Answer: It's absolutely ok. There is no hard and fast rule that you should sleep on the left side. It's just so that the blood circulation goes directly to the placenta That doesn't mean if u sleep on the right there is no circulation Please look at your comfort more than anything else. Take care
Answer: Hi.. I also experienced the same..turning automatically to right side for better comfortable sleep.. I think its okay.. If its possible try to just turn towards left which helps you and your baby.. I started to try sleeping left.. Now i would spend some time sleeping left side..

Question: Hi. I've usually read that it's recommended to sleep on the left side during pregnancy but I feel more comfortable sleeping on the right side. Is it ok if I sleep on the right side? Pls reply
Answer: Yes dear, I can understand your situation, you have habit to sleep on your side, and your comfort is more important than anything else. but in pregnancy   Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs. These suggestions may not sound completely comfortable, especially if you are used to sleeping on your back or stomach, but try them out. Keep in mind that you may not stay in one position all night, and rotating positions is fine.
